Troubleshooting Steps on the TruckIT Portal

This guide offers essential troubleshooting steps for resolving issues with the TruckIT Portal.

  1. If you're having issues on the TruckIT Portal, navigate to https://portal.truckit.com/

  2. If you have logged in already, log out.

  3. Clear your browser's cache.

    Tip: Go to ⋮ (three-dot menu) > History > Clear browsing data. Select "All time," check the "Cache" and "Cookies" boxes, and click "Clear data."

  4. Log in with your username and password again.
