Troubleshooting Steps on the TruckIT Portal

This guide offers essential troubleshooting steps for resolving issues with the TruckIT Portal.

1. Clear the cache

  • If you're having issues on the TruckIT Portal, navigate to https://portal.truckit.com/

  • If you have already logged in, log out.

  • Clear your browser's cache.
    Tip: Go to ⋮ (three-dot menu) > History > Clear browsing data. Select "All time," check the "Cache" and "Cookies" boxes, and click "Clear data."

  • Log in with your username and password again.

2. Perform a hard browser refresh

A hard refresh forces your browser to reload the page and download the latest version, which often resolves loading or display issues.

Tip: Make sure the TruckIT Portal page is open and active before using these shortcuts.
