Before You Begin
You’ll need access to the TruckIT Web Portal at portal.truckit.com. To change another team member’s password, your account will also need permission to manage team members — if you don’t see that option, contact your company administrator.
Reset a Forgotten Password
1. Request a reset. Go to portal.truckit.com and click Forgot Password.
2. Follow the email. Check your inbox and follow the instructions to create a new password.
3. Log back in. Return to portal.truckit.com and sign in with your new password.
Tip: use the same email address associated with your TruckIT account when requesting the reset, or the email won’t arrive.
Change a Teammate’s Password
1. Open My Team. From portal.truckit.com, go to My Company > My Team.
2. Edit the team member. Find their name, click the three dots beside it, and select Edit.
3. Update and save. Enter the new password in the pop-up and click Save.
