Navigate the TruckIT Mobile App

Learn how to use the main mobile app tabs, review jobs and tickets, check notifications, contact support, and change your linked truck.

Use this article to learn how to move around the TruckIT mobile app.

The mobile app helps drivers view assigned jobs, review tickets, check notifications, contact support, and manage the truck linked to their account.

When you log in, the app may ask you to confirm the truck currently linked to your profile. From there, you can continue into the app or change the linked truck if needed.

Before you begin

Make sure you have:

  • Downloaded the TruckIT mobile app
  • Logged in with your TruckIT username and password
  • Been added as a driver or mobile app user
  • Been linked to the correct truck, if your company uses linked trucks

If you cannot log in or do not see your assigned jobs, contact your dispatcher or company administrator.

Confirm your linked truck when you log in

When you first log in, TruckIT may show the truck currently linked to your account.

You can choose:

  • Continue if the displayed truck is correct
  • Change if you need to select a different truck

If you tap Continue, the app will take you to Today’s Jobs.
