Navigate the TruckIT Mobile App

Learn how to use the main mobile app tabs, review jobs and tickets, check notifications, contact support, and change your linked truck.

Confirm Your Truck
The TruckIT mobile app is where drivers view assigned jobs, review tickets, check notifications, contact support, and manage the truck linked to their account.
When you log in, the app may show the truck currently linked to your account. Tap Continue if it’s correct — you’ll land on Today’s Jobs — or tap Change to select a different truck.
The Main Tabs
Four tabs along the bottom of the app take you everywhere you need to go:
My Jobs
View today’s jobs, future assignments, and past work. Tap View Job to open a job’s details.
My Tickets
Review tickets from today’s jobs, plus any incomplete tickets from prior jobs.
Notifications
See job updates, job-closed confirmations, and dispatcher messages. Tap Read All to clear them.
Support
Find phone support, a link to the Resource Center, and a way to send feedback.
Note: if My Jobs shows No Jobs, your dispatcher hasn’t assigned you a job for that day.
Change Your Linked Truck
1. Open truck options. Tap the person icon in the top-right corner and select Change Truck.
2. Pick your truck. Choose from your linked trucks, or use the search bar to find the right one, then confirm your selection.
Best Practices
• Review today’s jobs first, and open job details before starting work
• Check My Tickets throughout the day
• Keep an eye on Notifications for dispatcher messages
• Return to today’s jobs after reviewing other dates
Tip: always confirm you’re linked to the correct truck when you log in — it’s quicker to fix at the start of the day than mid-job.
