How to Reject a Job on the Mobile App

  1. Log in to the TruckIT App using your Username & Password

     

  2. Tap on Login as a driver

     

  3. Once you are linked to a Truck, tap on Continue

     

  4. You will receive push notifications of your new Job requests

     

  5. Under the My Jobs tab, you can simply tap on Reject to decline a Job

     

  6. Tap on Confirm to reject the Job

     

  7. Once the Job has been rejected, you will see a confirmation

     

  8. Once the Job is rejected, you should no longer see it under the My Jobs tab
