Enable Location Access
Android
Open Settings > Apps > TruckIT > Permissions > Location.
Select Allowed all the time, then grant device-level location access if prompted. Exact steps may vary slightly by device model and Android version.
iPhone
Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and confirm Location Services is turned on.
Find TruckIT in the app list, choose your company’s recommended location option, and enable Precise Location if required.
Note: on a company-managed device, this setting may be locked and require approval from your company’s IT administrator.

Tip: if your dispatcher says they can’t see your location, confirm you’re logged in, linked to the right truck, and that location permissions are still enabled — permissions can get reset after an app or OS update.
