Add Custom Fields to a Payload on the TruckIT Portal

This guide provides a straightforward, step-by-step process for adding custom fields to payloads.

 

2. Click "Projects and Sites."

 

3. Select a project.

 

4. Click "Custom Fields" under the payload.

 

5. Click "Add field."

 

6. Click "Select" and pick a Custom Variable from the list.

 

7. Click on the save icon to add the Custom Field to your payload.


​If you can't view or edit the Custom Fields under the company settings, keep in mind that only Company Admins can see and edit the "Permissions" and "Show on Dispatch" toggle.
