Web Portal — What’s New
Per-Truck-Type Rates: Sub-Hauler Handling
What it isPer-truck-type rates now extend to sub-hauler trucks — when a sub-hauler runs a job, tickets pull the rate configured for that truck type instead of falling back to the primary hauler’s rate.
Why you’ll careCosting stays accurate no matter which truck type a sub-hauler brings to the job, so you’re not manually correcting rates or reconciling by spreadsheet after the fact.
Multi-Region Support: Company-Level Toggle
What it isCompanies can now enable a company-level toggle to operate across multiple regions instead of being limited to one.
Why you’ll careIf you run jobs across more than one region, you can now manage them all under a single company account instead of juggling workarounds.
Without Region Filter for Dashboard & My Fleet
What it isDashboard and My Fleet now support filtering by “Without Region,” so trucks and jobs that haven’t been assigned a region are easy to find.
Why you’ll careNo more digging through the full unfiltered list to find items that haven’t been assigned a region yet.
Suggested action: If sub-haulers run different truck types on your jobs, review and set sub-hauler rates on affected payloads. If you operate in more than one region, ask support to enable the multi-region toggle for your company.
Mobile App — What’s New
Without Region Filter for My Fleet
What it isMy Fleet on mobile now supports filtering by “Without Region,” matching the new web filter.
Why you’ll careQuickly spot trucks that haven’t been assigned a region yet without scrolling the full fleet list.

Per-Truck-Type Rates: Sub-Hauler Handling
What it isTicket pricing on mobile now reflects sub-hauler-specific truck-type rates configured on the Web Portal.
Why you’ll careDrivers running sub-hauler trucks see accurate pricing on tickets, matching what’s configured for their truck type.
App Update Reminder Notifications
What it isThe app now sends a push notification prompting drivers on old app versions to update.
Why you’ll careFewer support tickets caused by bugs already fixed in a newer release — drivers get nudged to update instead of getting stuck.
Suggested action: Update your mobile app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play to get the region filter, sub-hauler rate accuracy, and this sprint’s reliability fixes.
Quality-of-Life Fixes
Regions Interface Aligned to Mobile Web
The regions interface on the Web Portal now matches the mobile app’s layout and behavior.
My Jobs & Job Board Closed-Status Sort Fixed Web
Fixed jobs showing a “Closed” status when sorted by Active on My Jobs and the Job Board.
Forgot Password: Username Field & Logo Fixed Web
The Forgot Password flow now includes a username field and displays the correct logo.
Manual Ticket Now Shows Hauler Rate UoM Web
Fixed the manual ticket form showing the job’s UoM instead of the hauler rate’s UoM.
Ticket Attachments No Longer Accept .txt Files Web Mob
Ticket attachments no longer accept .txt files, per updated ticket file-type support.
Live Map: Android Truck Labels Now Shown Mob
Fixed truck labels not displaying on the Live Map on Android.
Offline: Sub-Ticket Photo No Longer Preselected on Parent Close Mob
Fixed a sub-ticket photo being incorrectly preselected when a driver closes the parent ticket offline.
TicPics No Longer Linked to Every Ticket on Dump Jobs Mob
Fixed pickup TicPics on dump jobs being linked to every ticket instead of just the ticket they were taken on.
Load Count Unit Label Fixed Mob
On hourly-per-day tickets billed by load to the customer and by hour to the hauler, with TicPics required at closure, the load count shown in parentheses was missing its unit — e.g. “0h 14m (6)” instead of “0h 14m (6 Loads)”. Fixed for this payload UoM combination.
What you might want to do
Review Sub-Hauler Rates: Check payloads where sub-haulers run different truck types and confirm rates are set correctly.
Enable Multi-Region Toggle: If you operate across regions, ask support to turn on the company-level multi-region toggle.
Update Mobile App: Update to the latest version to get the Without Region filter, sub-hauler rate accuracy, and this sprint’s other fixes.
