How to Communicate with Drivers Through the TruckIT Portal

In this article, we will learn how to communicate with your drivers through the TruckIT Interface.

It makes sending messages to your drivers easy without ever leaving the platform. You can find the messaging tool by navigating to My Company and then selecting My Team.

Once you've opened the messaging tool, simply choose the drivers with whom you wish to communicate. You can then type a default message that will be sent to all of these drivers, or you can type individualized messages. Once you've completed all messages, simply click Send messages.

If you would rather message all drivers on a specific job, you may prefer to use the messaging tool on the job monitoring page. To do this, simply select the appropriate job. Click the "Message Drivers" button, select the checkbox next to message all drivers, and then type your message. Once you're finished, simply click Send. The driver will receive the message via SMS on their mobile device, as well as the notification section of the TruckIT App.
