The Fleet Calendar helps your team review scheduled fleet activity, look at past or upcoming jobs, and filter calendar information by region. This can help dispatchers, admins, and operations teams understand how fleet activity is organized across dates and regions.
Before you begin
Make sure you are logged in to the TruckIT Web Portal.
You may need permission to view company fleet information. If you do not see My Company, My Fleet, or OPEN CALENDAR, contact your company administrator or TruckIT Support.
Before using the Fleet Calendar, confirm:
- The date or date range you want to review
- Whether you are looking for past or upcoming jobs
- Whether your company uses regions
- Which region you want to view, if applicable
Open the Fleet Calendar
1. Log in to the TruckIT Web Portal.
Use date filters
You can use the date filters to look at:
- Past jobs
- Upcoming jobs
- Fleet activity for a specific day
- Fleet activity during a selected time period
Date filters are useful when you need to review previous job activity or check what is scheduled next.

Filter the calendar by region
If your company uses regions, you can filter the Fleet Calendar by region.
1. Click the filter icon.
The calendar will update based on the selected region.

Troubleshooting
I do not see OPEN CALENDAR
Your account may not have permission to view the Fleet Calendar, or you may not be in the correct section. Go to My Company > My Fleet and look for OPEN CALENDAR. If it still does not appear, contact your company administrator or TruckIT Support.
I cannot find a job on the calendar
Check the date filters first. The job may be outside the selected date range.
I only see jobs from one region
A region filter may be active. Click the filter icon and review the selected region.
I do not see the region I need
Confirm the region has been created in TruckIT and that your user has access to that region.
The calendar does not show the activity I expected
Review your date filters, region filters, and user permissions. If the issue continues, contact TruckIT Support.
